The TDM team aims to enhance the excellence and efficiency of the Higher Education technical workforce and support HEIs to achieve a sustainable future for technical staff and services. They have developed the HEI Technical Resources Toolkit, in collaboration with project partners, to help achieve this goal. The Toolkit also enables institutions to achieve their Technician Commitment challenges. The TDM team is part of the National Centre for Technicians in Higher Education, whose experts are available to support Toolkit implementation and to deliver a portfolio of workshops and presentations focussing on the issues facing technicians. Additional consultancy services are also available on request. The HEI Technical Resources Toolkit will be launching Autumn 2017.
