Technicians Make it Happen heads out to Big Bang Near Me regional events

Getting out to STEM and careers exhibitions is a big part of our campaign. We know that meeting young people, teachers and parents and speaking with them face-to-face is one of the best ways to showcase to them the inspiring things technicians do.

For two years running we have gone to large events, including New Scientist Live, World Skills UK Live and the Big Bang Fair – which means we can talk to up to 30,000 people a year!

However, we realise that there are a lot of people who aren’t able to attend these events. That’s why we’ve decided to come to you.

Over the next two weeks we will be taking part in three regional Big Bang Near me exhibitions, starting off in Exeter on the 25th June, on to Haywards Heath on the 26th and 27th June and then, last but not least, up to Liverpool on the 2nd of July.

If your hometown isn’t listed, do not fear - this is just the beginning! Keep your eyes peeled on our TMIH newsletter for announcements of other TMiH events near you.
